Misc. Part II, Gardens by the Bay, Etc.

I almost forgot to include these pictures from my phone. They are mostly from other days and some of shown up on Facebook so you might recognize them.

First, here's proud Eleanor in Taekwondo uniform in her school's canteen.

While Eleanor stays in our apartment getting ready for school, I take Zoe and Wyatt downstairs to catch the bus. We get there early enough to play with Zoe's classmate, Richelle who is from Indonesia.

I can't believe I forgot about this night. We went to the Gardens by the Bay again but this time we let the kids convince us to go up on the OCBC Skyway. I had forgotten I have a pretty intense fear of heights. Okay, normally I don't. I love roller coasters and things like that. Things that go fast. But things up high that are slow-moving or simply barely swaying under my feet freak me the heck out. I was almost paralyzed up on this walkway. I had to hold on the whole time and I couldn't even look at the kids because my stomach would start turning thinking about all the ways they could fall off. Everybody else ran off, and I moved like the old-dude character Tim Conway used to play on the Carol Burnett Show across the bridge. Eventually, I made it. Then, thank goodness, it was time to go back down. The pictures look pretty though, right?

Every Sunday, the girls have their Chinese lesson at 4. When Miss Sui Na leaves, we head over to the nearest hawker centre for Sunday dinner. Everyone recognizes us and we often get the same things so sometimes the ice-cold Tigers are there waiting for us already. This is our spot.

Wyatt and Zoe have gotten really good at sharing.

and this is my favorite ice cream shot.

Okay, that's it now. I'm all caught up with pictures. Thanks for checking them out!
